Successfully Selling HUD Homes (4 hrs) ($35)  - Learn the 3 BIG reasons why selling HUD homes can increase your comission income.  You’ll also learn various tips and tricks for maneuvering through the HUD process successfully as well as secrets to successfully closing on HUD transactions first time, every time.   This class is available throughout King, Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor, Clallam and Jefferson Counties.   We offer it for a discounted price to all Realtor organizations who assist with organizing a class.

Negotiating, “A Meeting of the Minds” (4.5 hrs) ($35)
-Negotiating is a life skill that we learn from childhood.  Most of us learn to develop it through our personal relationships with others.  Effective negotiating skills help us to find creative solutions, manage conflict and avoid deadlocks.  Collaborative negotiating helps us to think in terms of win-win solutions for all sides.  During this class you’ll earn various negotiating skills, tips & strategies and the sources of power that will assist you in becomming a more effective negotiator.

Are Buyers Really Liars? (4.5 hrs) ($35)
- Learn the importance of establishing rapport & asking key questions to establish your prospects’ level of motivation, area of interest, urgency to buy & ability to pay. Learn to prepare your buyers to buy & how to professionally show property. Includes role playing activities.

Securing the Listing (4.5 hrs) ($35)
- Learn what defines a powerful and effective listing presentation.  Some believe that you have given a great presentation any time your prospect has bought your service, in this case, listed their property with you.  But that may not be a true indication of the quality of your presentation.  Maybe it was your timing.  Explore a few characteristics that make up a meaningful and successful presentation during this 4.5 credit hour course.
